What we record, and what we do not.
In short: the site works even if you refuse everything. Measuring is there so we can see which page is not working and where people get stuck while planning a kitchen — none of it is sold or passed on.
Your choice
It can be changed at any moment, with no explanation. If your browser has "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" switched on, we respect that and ask you nothing.
The tools we use
| Tool | What it records | When |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights | The number of visits per page and the loading speed. It sets no cookies and builds no profile of the visitor; it measures the page, not the person. That is why it does not wait for consent. | Always on |
| Google Analytics (through Tag Manager) | Which pages are visited, where you come from and what you click. It sets cookies and ties visits into a history. Without consent it is not loaded at all. | Only after consent |
| VisitorGlow | A recording of movement across the page: mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and typing. It is how we see where people come to a stop in the planner. It does not wait for your answer, but "No, thanks" switches it off, and Do Not Track turns it off before we ask you anything. Passwords, email addresses and phone numbers are always masked; we hide amounts and reference numbers ourselves, and it does not go behind the sign-in. | On straight away |
Data you enter yourself
The kitchen dimensions, the layout and the choice of materials are kept so that you can open the project later. If you create an account, your email address stands beside them. This data goes neither to Google Analytics nor to Vercel — they count visits, they do not read content.
You do not need an account to buy. In that case we keep the email address you leave with the order — it is what we recognise you by, what we use to let you know once the payment has been recorded, and what attaches the order to an account if you later open one with the same address. The order also carries a secret key in its address: it is the only thing that opens the order without signing in, and it stops working as soon as the order has an owner.
If you sign in through a Google account, Google gives us only your email address and the basic details of the account (the name and profile picture, if the account has them) — and that only so we know whose account it is. We neither see nor keep your password, because you do not enter it with us. None of this is passed on or used for advertising, and the sign-in can be revoked at any moment in your Google account as well, under "Apps with access to your account".
For the page recording we have to be more precise, because it watches the screen. It does not wait for your answer — it starts when the page opens. It is switched off with the "No, thanks" button in the bar or here below, and if your browser has "Do Not Track", it does not start at all.
What it does not record: password, email and phone fields are masked by the tool itself. The parts of the screen with the amount and the reference number we mark with a class the recorder respects, so it skips them. It does not go behind the sign-in — and if you get there from a page that is already open, the page is loaded again precisely so that the recording stops.
What we cannot promise is how that tool is set up on its own side. If field masking is switched off there, the dimensions you enter in the planner could end up in the recording. That is why we keep that setting on and why we write it here, instead of claiming something that does not depend on us.
An enquiry sent through the contact form — the name, the email address or phone number and the message itself — is kept so that we can answer it, and that is all it is used for. A fingerprint of the network address stays with the enquiry — the address itself is not kept — and it serves only to keep the form from being buried by a script. When you want the enquiry deleted, it is enough to say so in your reply.
When you order something, we keep the order data for as long as the regulations require — that is an obligation which does not depend on consent to measuring.

One email or one phone call is enough to delete the account and everything that goes with it.
Your rights
For everything below, an email or a call to the contact above is enough — no form and no explanation. We answer within 30 days at the latest.
- Access — we tell you what we hold about you and send you a copy.
- Correction — if something is wrong or out of date.
- Erasure — the account and everything with it. Order data is the exception: the regulations require us to keep it even after the account is deleted.
- Portability — we give you your kitchens and data in a form you can take elsewhere.
- Objection and withdrawal of consent — measuring is switched off higher up this page, at any moment, with no consequences for using the site.
If you think we are not handling your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade, poverenik.rs). We would rather you came to us first — it is quicker, and it is usually a misunderstanding.
How long we keep it
Kitchens and the account — until you tell us to delete them. An enquiry from the contact form — until it is settled, and then as long as it takes to remember what we agreed. Order data — as long as the regulations require. Visit measuring — by the rules of the tools listed in the table above; none of it sits with us.
