The customer quote, step by step
Draw the kitchen, type your coefficient — and hand the customer a PDF that looks like your workshop's paper: your logo, a 3D image of the kitchen and one total price. Here is how it works.
What you get
- The workshop's paper, not the site's: your logo and details in the header — our mention is one small line in the footer.
- A price by your own math: site materials plus your extras, times your coefficient — in dinars, euros or marks at your rate.
- Done in a minute: the text comes pre-written and freely editable, and the 3D image is picked with one click.
Seven steps to a quote
Activate Stolar 30
The customer quote is part of the Stolar 30 plan (11,900 RSD per month). The plan is paid by payment slip and activates once the payment is recorded.
Draw the kitchen in the planner
Walls, cabinets and looks — the same as for any kitchen. The quote reads exactly what is drawn and saved, down to the last cabinet.
Open “Customer quote”
In the carpenter panel the button sits next to every kitchen in the list.
Fill in the workshop details — once
Name, address, phone, e-mail and a logo (PNG or JPEG up to 1 MB, at most 4,096 pixels per side and 6 million pixels in total), then click “Save workshop details” — the quote header carries what is SAVED. Change them any time, in the same place.
Set up this quote
The coefficient multiplies materials and your extras (appliances, installation, transport…). The currency is dinar, euro or mark at your own rate; add the lead time and pick the short or the detailed variant.
Pick a 3D angle
Any offered angle, or the panorama. Let the image finish drawing — that exact one goes into the PDF, and clicking it enlarges it.
Edit the text and create the PDF
Rewrite the suggested text as you like, then one click builds the PDF: your logo, the kitchen image, the text and one total price.
How the price is calculated
(site materials + your extras) × your coefficient
Materials are the same figure you see in the Materials step — with your personal prices if you have them. Extras are what you buy beyond the boards. For euros and marks the amount is divided by your rate; the customer only ever sees the final figure.
Frequent questions
- Does the customer see my purchase prices?
- No. The short quote carries only the total; the detailed one adds the cabinet list with dimensions and counts, but no per-item prices.
- Whose logo is on the paper?
- Yours — in the header, with the workshop details. Our mention is one small line in the footer.
- Which currencies can I use?
- Dinar, euro and the convertible mark (KM). You enter the rate yourself and can change it per quote.
- Can I edit the quote text?
- Yes — the text is a plain field you rewrite before clicking “Create the PDF”. The document carries exactly what it says.
- What if I change the kitchen afterwards?
- The quote is built from the kitchen version you are looking at. If you change the kitchen, open the quote again and make a new PDF — the old one stays as handed over.
